EU citizens visiting Slovakia are allowed a three-month stay. Beyond this duration, registering residence becomes necessary. This registration is essential for various purposes, such as acting as a representative for a company seeking trade licenses, conducting business, studying, or working in Slovakia. Upon entry, an EU citizen with a valid ID can stay in the Slovak Republic for three months.
