EU citizens can stay in Slovakia for up to three months without registration. However, if their stay extends beyond this period, they must register their residence. This registration is required for various purposes, including representing a company applying for trade licenses, conducting business, studying, or working in Slovakia. Our team assists with the entire registration process at the Foreigners’ Police on your behalf.

Upon arrival, EU citizens with a valid ID can remain in Slovakia for three months. Within ten working days of arrival, they must notify the Foreigners’ Police of their stay. If staying beyond three months, they must submit a residence registration application within 30 days of exceeding the initial period, using the official form at a police station.
