Basic information about the electronic service – Provision of data from the registry of individuals regarding the registration of foreigners
The user service for providing data from the registry of individuals regarding the registration of foreigners enables authenticated users to access personal data about an individual from the registry of individuals. The data is provided electronically as an output directly on the user’s screen following proper authentication and form completion.
The service is free of charge.
What a citizen needs:
The citizen must be logged into the portal of the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic.
Summary of the service process:
The user logs into the catalog of electronic services and selects the desired service from the offered list. The user fills in the individual form fields, with mandatory data marked with an asterisk (required information, name, surname). The user submits the form to provide the requested data. The information system of the registry of individuals generates data about the registration of the foreigner based on the entered details. If the found person is classified as a Type of person = Foreigner registered for residence in Slovakia or a Foreigner granted asylum in the territory of Slovakia, the service result will be displayed to the user. The provided data will include the following: Processing date and time of the output Personal identification number / foreigner’s identifier Date of birth / year of birth Place of birth / country of birth / birth registry / birth district Marital status Gender Nationality Date of death Type of person Information about the person’s residence (residence in Slovakia, as well as outside the territory of Slovakia) Place of death / death registry / country of death / death district Relational data Surname First name Maiden name Title Nationality Document details Residence information Date of registration for residence Date of termination of residence If it’s not possible to provide information about the person, an error code will be displayed with a notification stating, ‘No physical person found based on input parameters,’ or ‘The person is not of the required type.
