Cold exposure in a group is always interesting, so I’ve decided to organize joint bathing sessions open to anyone interested. Cold exposure, as part of the Wim Hof Method, is approached differently than what you usually see at lakes, rivers, and streams. I provide a space to enjoy your training that is in line with the principles of this method.
We will meet, wait for everyone, run to the water, undress, take a dip, warm up, get dressed, and disperse đđâď¸. I will guide you through all the parts.
This will not be a Wim Hof Method workshop but rather a group training session. If youâre interested in comprehensive information, please attend a workshop.
We will meet by the gazebo in the VodĂĄrenskĂĄ Garden.
The event is free, and please confirm your attendance by indicating that you will participate in the event.
WE WILL WAIT UNTIL 10.10 AT THE LATEST, after which we will move to the swimming location. Please donât plan on being late, thinking youâll just catch up with us at the water, etc. Meetings are highly spontaneous and can change often, including the location and training methods. After that, I wonât check notifications and will focus on the whole group.
Bring: swimwear, towel, a bottle of water or tea to drink, a plastic bag for wet swimwear, and water shoes if you want; I usually go barefoot.
Important information for everyone with children who would like to join: Yes, feel free to bring them along. Even if they donât go into the water, they will see a large group of people engaging in healthy activities, which can be inspiring for them. At the same time, letâs give them the freedom to decide if they want to join us in the water or not. You donât have to leave them at home or look for supervision.
