Changes to Business Activities.

Changes related to the data and documents specified in the business registration must be reported to the relevant trade office within 15 days of the occurrence of these changes. You can report the changes either in person at the trade office (Unified Contact Point) or electronically.

No fee is charged for reporting changes to data recorded in the business registry. The form and attachments must be signed with a qualified electronic signature. No fee is charged for electronically submitted and signed forms.

Attachments to the Submission: Documents confirming the reported facts. Changes indicated in the business authorization document are also reported to the relevant authorities (Tax Office, Health Insurance, and Social Insurance).

all business activities listed in the business authorization document (complete suspension of the business entity), only selected business activities listed in the business authorization document. The entrepreneur informs the trade office of the suspension of business operations for a specified period. The effects of suspending the business authorization occur on the day following the day of delivering the notification of the suspension of business operations to the trade office or, if a later date is specified in the notification, on that day. During the suspension of business operations, the entrepreneur regains business authorization after the expiration of the suspension period or on the specified day indicated in the notification of the change in the suspension period.
