Changes related to the information and documents specified in the business registration must be reported to the respective trade office within 15 days of the occurrence of these changes. You can report changes either in person at the trade office (Unified Contact Point) or electronically.

The form and attachments to the submission must be signed with a qualified electronic signature. No administrative fee applies to electronically signed submissions.

all business activities listed in the business authorization document (the entire business entity is suspended), only selected business activities listed in the business authorization document. The entrepreneur informs the trade office of the suspension of business operations for a specified period. The entrepreneur specifies the duration of the suspension. The effects of suspending the business authorization take effect on the day following the day of delivering the notification of the suspension of business operations to the trade office or, if a later date is specified in the notification, on that day. During the suspension of business operations, the entrepreneur regains business authorization after the expiration of the suspension period or on the specified day indicated in the notification of the change in the suspension period.
