After his mother’s death, 31-year-old Dutchman Rein moves to a small village in the Alps to be close to nature, meditate, and work as a snowboarding instructor. His peaceful and routine life is suddenly disrupted by the unexpected arrival of his extroverted father, Gijs (60). But Gijs is no harmless old man—he’s a former star actor who immediately starts flirting with Rein’s girlfriend, Laura, and charming Rein’s friends.

Old, unresolved conflicts between father and son quickly resurface. Gijs tries to assert dominance over Rein, while Rein is determined to beat his father at his own game—on the slopes. But the surrounding nature is not just breathtaking; it can also be unforgiving. What starts as a petty struggle for power soon turns into a fight for survival.
